What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Art Director role within experiential, events, activation or immersive environments
  • Proven conceptual thinking and ability to generate multiple creative directions
  • Strong storytelling, presentation and visual communication skills
  • Experience working across live experiences, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences, events or immersive installations
  • Solid understanding of interactive technologies and emerging digital experiences
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with practical execution
  • Exceptional attention to detail and design craft
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

The Role:

As Account Director, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner while overseeing the successful delivery of complex corporate communications projects.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, designers, production teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

Working from a newly refurbished office alongside a highly talented creative team, you’ll play a key role in rolling out campaigns across a wide variety of retail display and POS executions.

The role

This is a hands-on production-focused role where you’ll take supplied campaign artwork and adapt, roll out and prepare files across a broad range of retail display formats.

Working closely with designers, structural teams and production specialists, you’ll ensure artwork is accurate, technically sound and ready for print production.

Key Skills

We are seeking:

  • Experience as a Creative Artworker / Finished Artist – minimum 3-4yrs plus
  • Previous experience within POS, retail displays, print production, packaging or a related environment
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Exposure to Cinema 4D or similar 3D visualisation software would be advantageous or open to being trained

Working as the dedicated designer for a key division of the business, you will collaborate closely with directors, senior stakeholders, and the broader marketing team to produce a wide range of corporate and marketing materials.  In this role this person would also be creating a lot of PowerPoint presentations as part of their role.  This person must have strong PPT experience.
